Jeremy Lawrenson has worked in the insurance industry for over a decade, handling a wide variety of claims including worker’s compensation and bodily injury. He also shares how becoming a staff adjuster has impacted his - life financially and personally, how the company’s culture impacts his desire to “take care” of the company, and why he prefers to work as a staff adjuster instead of being independent.   “It starts at the top.
