Over the last 17 years, Jason Martinson has worked as a dedicated Fire Investigator, firefighter, paramedic, and CrossFit business owner based in Fort Worth, Texas. In 2017, he decided to expand his career knowledge into becoming an independent insurance adjuster specializing in residential property damage claims.

 

Jason joins me today to share his insight as a new adjuster in the field. He shares the similarities between working as a career firefighter and an adjuster, explains the importance of building your network as you learn the industry, and the importance of managing your time effectively as you advance your career.
