That depends on how often it happens and how much you need them to do something. It's never easy bringing in a new human being into your agency, sometimes it works great, sometimes not so much. A more interesting question to ask might be if they need work on-site or remote? Because it all really comes down to what you need done and understanding the value of their proximity.
